E Box question?

Took my E Box apart because it was just clicking when I was trying to start it. When It was apart I noticed that one of the nuts was melted on the starter relay I think. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

from my experience if a solenoid is clicking it means it is either shot or a dead battery...

Battery is fully charged

Remove & clean all the 'hot' connections, plus grounds in eBox. Wire brush works well.
Prolly need to replace the relay, but maybe not. They can also only click if theres too much resistance from the battery, or to the starter, or have a bad ground somewhere.

Bought a new relay and still doesn't work. Could it be that maybe My flywheel is not on far enough, since I just had it off to clean my bendix?

Can you jump the relay and start the ski?
does the motor spin over?

I don't know how to do that. Is it pretty easy?

Just jump across the two large studs on the relay with a screw driver and the motor should crank over.

I see that u said it was no the starter relay but its possible that it could have been installed wrong, if u have the cables goin to the wrong places then that will pose ur prob. Im hammered but ive seen this happen!

watch for the sparks if you have leaky fuel in the hull when you jump your starter relay.
also remover the spark plugs and see if the motor turns over by hand.

Tried it last night and it just sparks then starts to weld the screw driver to them. I know that I have them in the right place becasue on the last relay the cable and bolt were melted together.
