How do you separate the Kawasaki crankshafts on the 440/550 in order to replace the bearings and seals?

Eh....I think the man is asking how to split the crank , not the cases.
You can't do it yourself (not easily, anyway). If it's like any other watercraft crank, it's pressed together.
Correct, I'm trying to split the crank itself. I tried three machine shops in my area and they all said no. I have an arbor press but am wary of messing with it until I know what I'm doing. The crank bearings need to be replaced.
just send it in and get a replacement from SBT or somewhere.
