I had an electrical issue through the July 4th holiday, and contacted Chris. He replied back almost immediately (remember this is a holiday), and sent me the part first thing. His communication was top notch, as well.
Also, after receiving the part, Chris has been stellar in giving me advice on my setup. That's FREE advice that's invaluable, and has nothing to do with what I bought from him. That's underserved generosity. Talk about building loyalty!
