That's kinda what I was thinking. Maybe he'll get lucky and have a smooth hour or so at some point, but personally, I'm hoping for some surf.
Wayne, why don't you hit Lewisville with us on Sunday? Will you be ready to tune by then? The weather's supposed to be at least decent and the hubby will want to test out the seals on his new/used drysuit.

that would be great, but my ski is in pieces. i am in the process of installing footholds, refoaming and turfing. i talked with jetworks and he is sending the proper jets, spring, and the basic setting for the screws. he said they have a chart for jetting specs depending on your setup. i gave him all that info and he said it should be easy to tune. i have this week, this weekend, and next week to get finished. then the weekend before the ride i should be able to come to lewisville if any one is going to be out there then.

well, tx surf is usually ******** and flat. so it might work out any way.
But you really need reasonably FLAT to tune well and off the beach kinda sucks. We (meaning my hubby while I watch and hand him tools) often cable it to the trailer and run it by the shore to get it close, then take it out and run it.
If we have decent weather between now and then, we'll be out at Lewisville, gotta get some riding time in before the surf if we can.

hopefully, not this weekend, next weekend i can come to lewisville. you are right about getting riding time in before hitting the coast. a couple years ago we had some major surf. hope it is good this year.
But yet the Hammer shows up each and everytime. :scratchchin:
