1.5 needle seat
65 gram spring
pop off 24psi
132.5 High's
120.0 Low's
Return line 67.5

High screw 3/4 out
Low screw 1/2 out
Resticter to stinger 1 turn out
Impros hooker 9/15
msd enhancer
factory b pipe mod chamber --- top screw 1 turn out --middle and bottom closed .... ran for over three hours plugs look great.

no porting of any kind oh before i forget 180 psi both cylinders

ski runs awesome bottom and mid hit hard , harder than i expected ....would not change a thing... 6690 rpm's (i know kind of low) but i am usinf for surf so top rpm does not bother me. Ok for the problem riding around 4,000 rpm for a while.. then hit it ,...it either shuts off or bogs down..now this does not happen every time . just once and awhile..very annoying . Any suggestions.. comments... thanks in advanced help me with my :brap:

I understood everything except the most important part but I can't piece your train of thought on this... Could you reword/clarify it please?

If it shuts off, you're too lean on the low jet. If it bogs, you're too rich on it.

Rich - pulls, but not real hard until it cleans out then rips
Lean - hesitates, kind of lets go, then pulls

Define 'bogs' in your case.

superjett= it must be lean cause when i hit it from 4000 rpm or so it sounds like motor is shutting off then it grabs again...or it shuts off completly so you are saying its my low jet or main jet iam confused ski runs great 90 percent of the time... plugs look great bottom and mid are awesome just this little bug is killing me

Jet the bottom to 122.5 to see if it improves.

If it gets worse, drop it to 117.5 and retest.

Before you change any jets or pop, go out with the LS screw and see if it gets better. A bit more on the screw may well completely solve your problem. An 1/8 or 1/4 turn can make a big difference.

If it shuts off only when he nails it in the upper rpms and runs great in the lower rpms, wouldn't that mean only the high jet is causing the problems and therefore have nothing to do with the low jet? I know the jets have to do with throttle response but I can't imagine he's running 4000rpms at less than 1/3 throttle.

My guess is give the high jet a bump up and leave the low jet alone. Since this is a WB, high speed plug chops would be really easy to do and see if it's running lean or rich in the upper rpms.

lright just got back from riding did not change the low jet at all just turned srew out 1/8 then a 1/4 no change still doing same thing ...ride around at 4000 rpm or so for awhile then punch it ...either dies or hesitates and then goes.....doesn't happen all the time.. also by turning srew out on bottom ...i lost the great hit i had from idle runs rough then clears out and goes.... suggestions...thanks for all your help guys

Put in a bigger needle valves, You need more fuel pressure. Go to 2.0's
This way you can turn your low speed screws back and keep your hit off the bottom.
Go ahead and change the return jet to a #60 also.

i did turn it back to the original setting got that low end punch back ...but still acting up around 4000 rpm punch I think i'am going to change the low jet to 122.5 and see how that works.. very frustrating since this only happens once and a while..... and that the plug readings are awesome...will have to try in a couple of days had to order the jets
