Super Jet Best polystyrene to re-foam with?

Don't know, I've never done it before. I'm just going to wing it! haha! I think I'll start by using my multi tool to take it out in chucks and then I'll resort to gringing to get out the small stuff. Any better suggestions?

a powerful pressure washer will speed up the final process after you take out the majority of the foam...

A wire wheel on an electric drill with an extension works pretty good.

I used a wire wheel, it is messy I ended up useing a big screw driver and broke the foam out in big chunks

Lol. I switch between the two. It sucks and takes forever and makes a mess and bloodies your knuckles no matter what.
