Ok so herres the deal, i have an sxr with the motor set back 1.5 inches. I had the stock sxr driveshaft cut and re-welded taking out that 1.5 inches. Last week it broke right before the weld. I took it back to the machine shop and he was able the fix it for me the only problem is it is slighty bent. I put it back in my ski today and had a hell of a time getting the motor to line back up and get the driveshafts spline ends to fit nicly into the impeller but i finally got it and it look ok. I am deff getting some vibrations at high RPM's and when i do my set up wakes. My question is am i hurting my motor in anyway or am i hurting anything? I am looking ofr an SXI pro driveshaft to replace the one i have in there now im also looing for a stock SXR driveshaft if anyone has one.

Thanks
Cale

yes, a bent driveshaft will do some damage, especially if its visually bent. youre not only robbing yourself of HP, youre probably also messing up your pump and bulkead housing bearings.

i wouldnt run it any more until its fixed.
