Bench test stator ?

I had a stator bolt back out and it slightly damaged the stator. Can they be bench tested and who can do it ? I contacted Ricky Stator about rebuilding it Mike said he couldn't, He said to contact Custom Rewind, He seems to be out of business. I searched here and found a thread saying to contact JSS but He also said he couldn't rebuild it. I'm afraid to just but any new one from learning that the flywheel and stator are matched pair.

just the stator

Vomitspit, I don't think it needs a new flywheel either, I just read on this site that the flywheel and stator are a matched set so if I buy a replacement it has to be an exact part # to mine.
Harbor, I don't think so. The pictures I've seen of other Octane stators they are missing the coils on those poles too, but mine is a little damaged from the bolt head. I personally think it'll still work fine but my friend who is helping me wanted it tested or rebuilt just to be sure.

it looks like that stator charges the battery only and has no secondary coils for the ignition. that's why those legs are bare. it doesn't even look like any of the actual wiring is damaged, which means it should still work and charge as intended. its easy enough to check it with an ohm meter. if there is a broken/ cut wire, it will be an open circuit reading. 2 second check. i'd run it as is all day long if its ok.
