Beach Tote

Anyone ever built a beach tote? I'm thinking of building one similar to Big Foot Beach Dolly...

there are numerous threads of people building thier own..do a search..most common are 4 wheeler tires, rear riding lawnmower tires, tube tires with the tires taken off of them

Quite a few options and some good info for you.
My steel lawn tractor wheels are still doing great after all that time, slight surface rust but nothing major.
