Actually, it is the same crank I blew. I have two of them.... (well 3 once I get unclehulkas).
We have gone over it 100 times and can't find anything wrong with it except for the bearing that blew. The tolerances are better than some brand new ones I've seen. Just replaced that one bearing, and cleaned it like I've never cleaned anything in my life. (I think it blew because of dust getting in that end bearing when I was sanding my ski over the winter, I left it out by accident.)
To put the new bearing on the crank, We froze the end of the crank and heated up the bearing with a blow dryer. It almost fell right on.
