Super Jet ATP Ignition software for hx3 epic / help

Hello, I have a hx3 epic but with this program I can not access the curves, I can only read the serial number.

my question is if this program is right. anyone can help me?

It appears connected and reads the serial number so is it possible that is the current curve?

Try loading a new curve "from file" so the screen shows a proper curve then hit "get from ignition" to see if it writes it back to a flat line.

hi, yes, I did that.
but when I read the curves from the epic, the graph appears unchanged. or with the same curves that are not epic.
therefore, I think the program I'm using is for the flame.

Edit: I'm using the same revision as you (V4.0.9) and can access the old and new Epic's so I don't think it's a revision issue. If you can connect, there's usually no issues so this is a new one for me.

I would maybe try to reflash the unit and start over. Maybe something didn't take.

The flame has a 8500 rev limit, For HX3 VO.4.0.9 it has 8k rev limit so that could be a quick check.

Iam on the VO.4.0.9 as well

Can you draw a curve and send to ignition?

Does the ski run ok?

WTF...... So you can connect to the HX and view it's curve ok ?

But when you use the editor on your computer is corrupts the curves your trying to draw within the computer ?

What software are you running, Vista 7, XP ?

Sounds like the editor, or computer or operating system is corrupt

Try to email Airtime again and go over it with them, maybe have them resend the down load link and save it to a different computer with XP or 7 on it,
XP professional works fine for me

Your at VO.0.9 or something older

I know you said you tried emailing them, they've switch to straight email communications now no more PM's

Edit: I was able to draw a waked out curve like yours but not to the point where I could get it to go off the top of page like yours above 40 degrees

I tried it with sp2 and works well.

Just happened to notice I have service pack 3 with XP professional version 2002 and it's been working fine
