Ok well its a 96 760 that I purchased after it had sat for a good 4 years. and I rebuilt the carbs, all new gaskets need and seats and the high and low screws are set at sbts recommended starting point. Whe I first took it ouit it was running excellent then out of nowhere, if I mashed the throotle off idle or very low rpms it hesitates and goes to die. If I ease into it it will take off and once i get going I can let off and mash it and its fine. It was doing this all day then I took it out and ran it on the trailer and it started off doing it then it went away, doent do it on the hose either. I feel like it could be too much water in the exaust or maybe a restristion, just looking for any ideas.
also I have a fuel line bypassing the filter and everything straight from the tank to the carb. and the tank was drained and cleaner as well.
