Does anybody know if you can purchase just the stator cover gasket for the 750 timing advance. I can get a stator to work with the timing advance and no gasket. I have two plates and two stators one in the ski works without the timing advance the one with timing advance that JSS redid recently wont work. I dont want to spend $50 for a third timing plate

If anyone has this gasket or knows where i can get one that would be sweet!

I'm sure you can get one from SBT. However, just run to the auto store, get yourself a roll of the cork gasket material, and cut your own.

...or run crankcase sealant, RTV, wire with a soft plastic coating...anything will work really.

well isnt the point of the gasket to space the stator cover out enough to compensate for the thickness of the plate? Thats what John at JSS told me. He said they use an extra thick gasket instead of the Oring to move the stator out just slightly so the pick up will read on the magnet.

Right now i have a stator with no plate that works in the ski, but the stator from JSS that has the timing advance will not work.
