Pumps are the same diameter , props do not directly interchange, it has to do with the depth of the splines and the distance from the stator section, the 750 props can be modded to fit the 650 pump

k, so a modded 750 prop to fit a 750, won't fit back into a 750 pump properly

If you meant that a 750 prop modded to fit a 650 pump will not fit back into a 750 pump then yes
