650 kawi westcoast intake

will the westcoast intake off a 650 kawi work for a 62t 701. i know i will need an adapter plate, but will it work with a 701 with a pipe?

will the riva adapter plate work with the 650 kawi westcoast manifold? i can get the plate only from riva for 70, but don't want to order it without knowing if it would work.

I have no idea what mani Riva uses but I would assume if one 650 mani bolts up they all will.

the mani they have does not mount to the cases you have to use the adapter plate. just don't know if the bolt patterns are the same.

I am 98% sure that it is a 44/46 manfold for a 650sx that is bolted to the plate and should have the same bolt pattern as every other 650sx manifold. If nobody comes through with info by this weekend Ill slide my manifold onto a 650 engine and let you know.

All of the single carb conversions use a Kawi 44mm manifold, with the exception of the ATP manifold. It is made exclusively for the 62T.

The setup I ran came from Rick Roy, it had a Westcoast or BCW intake with the ADA adapters, dont think you can get those any more, saw them in a hotproducts catalog a while back, be sure to get the hardware also.

the riva adapter plate comes with all gaskets and hardward for about 70. i thought that was pretty decent for new.

those are just like the ADA's that I had.

those are sweet, but 35 more than the riva one piece.

not sure if there is an actual difference, remember years back someone posting about them, think the ADA matched up better at the porting/intake track.
