ok so do you think it would be worth it to try and find a 61x case, and manifold and buy the 64x cylinder with pistons from my friend....

or do you think it would be better to just rebore and run my 61x cylinder with the 6m6 case i already have... also will my 6m6 crank shaft, stator etc... be compatable with the 61x case

YES!!! That combo is awesome for the intended use.

It would be a good idea to get an appropriate exhaust manifold and a 61X or aftermarket CDI. The stock 6M6 CDI will fit & work, but the rev limit is low.
