62t case pins ???

On the middle three crank pins in the cases the out side pins (middle of cases)are shaved..
My crank has notches for them, are they missing or supposed to be like that..

Chances are they weren't shaved down; someone probably installed the center crank bearings without indexing them and pressed them into the case.

I have a set of 61x cases that I know are good..what are the chances of getting a good seal with 2 diff cases ?
Should I go for it and leak down the motor or just buy another set?

Don't mix case half's because they're line bored together with a designed crush fit around the bearings.

The pins are mostly just for indexing and have nothing to do with keeping the bearings from spinning once the cases are torqued down.

When washing cases for final assembly, scuff the case bearing area with some rough scotch-brite pad, just before laying the crank in, wipe outside of bearings w/ lacquer thinner, use a very light coat of green bearing loctite in cases, assemble quickly and your good to go!

Thanks./.
I had to channel the cases for crank clearance. Its paper thin on bottom where it was channeled.Should the back side be filled with epoxy or jb weld maybe welded ?
