61x having problems. Advice needed

Ok so heres what happened. I was on vacation and my ski all of a sudden started acting up. It would idol great and run half throttle great, but after that it felt like it was loading up. So i let it sit, then would take it out and it would run awesome for a few mins, then bam, same thing.
I opened up the carb and some of the diaprams looked like crap. So i switched carbs and it ran great for a week. Now its doing it again and the carbs looks new inside and out, reeds look great.

I'm not sure the problem, there looks to be alittle moisture in the carb everytime i get back in, and my vent hose that runs from the tank up the hose gets water in the water seperater alot. It was full and i dumped it out, then got more in.

Could it be lack of air in the gas tank cuz the water is blocking it? Air leak? Any advice would be great....SORRY ABOUT THE NOVEL.:sad6:

Replace your gas and your check valve.

get some clean filters for reserve and main line right after tank and another one before carburators, and clean out the gas switch blow air backwards the switch gets clogged a lot of times if your tank has dirt in it, clean internal carburator filters..
