2013 Superjet - Standard / First Package received from Riva Yamaha - All mods where done one by one and tested by three freestyle riders. (Comments Welcome)
1. Handle Pole spring - This is one of those first mods that's a no brainer FIT IT!!! ASAP / STOCK Sucks
2. V-Force Reeds 3 - Fits in perfectly on the 2013 Superjet, did not expect the Horse power increase at all and the overall band increase, it's a rather inexpensive mod and adds a lot of horsepower. Standing on the tail I can launch her clean out of the water by just punching the throttle. A full speed run at WOT makes the power persistent even when she reaches full spead and she still pulls, the curve does not drop and it's maintained. Checked the spark plugs after the install and they running perfect. No changes needed on the jetting or stock settings. Will check the piston wash after the Head arrives for a install.
3. Fitted the Aftermarket carburetor adapters and flame arrestors - Throttle response is cleaned out and power increase is noticeable at a minimum. Full speed runs at WOT results in the power curve dropping at the top and she stops pulling. (Suspect lean conditions). Bogging occurs during randomly and is not persistent (Pop might be an issue). Removed the aftermarket flame arrestors and replaced it with the stock one.
4. Blowsion Bracket and Riva Deluxe Pump Kit - Need to send some pictures to Blowsion - It seems that Yamaha has made minor changes to 2013 Superjet hull at the back. Blowsion can not confirm it as they have no had a 2013 Superjet in the shop. The bracket fits where the OEM strainer sits and the OEM siphon is now mounted to an extrusion in the hull. Can not relocate the OEM siphon to the right side of the shaft as the pipe is to short. Some mods will be required or the Rule pump will be glued to the bottom of the hull.
Next mods will be during the course of next week will keep it updated and will post some pics during the week.
