In order to put a RRP on my fx-1 what bracket do I use. I noticed that RRP has a pole for the fx-q but what about the hood bracket that is needed to latch the front???????

I put an ac aluminum pole with a TBM turnplate and the steering cable is like 1/2" to 3/4" too short. Can I modify the bracket to extend the steering cable or do I have to get a round nose cable.... thanks in advance
