Make sure all three are identical..... If you are on a budget, and want to use OE carbs, get all three from the same ski. (IE 1994 SJ 701, etc) or better yet source some OE triple 44 carbs. Yamah 1200 non PV engine for instance came with 3 sbn44's. If it were me, I'd just get three new 8052...

The stock CDI actually has a wider timing curve, and is MUCH better than the MSD. Just advance your timing at the plate 2-3 degrees or so, and you are good to go. If you need a higher rev limit, like said above you can get your OE modified. The OE is much more reliable.

Check your voltage on the battery while cranking. Weak Spark goes away under load. Load = compression.

I am thinking it is a fuel problem. Try adding a 2nd small clear check valve on the kidney shaped valve body. (Stack them).
