Use super glue around the edges after the contact cement dries and it will never peel off. Also what BK said, heat and contact cement. Remember to let the contact cement dry on both pieces before you put them together. Mark44

I also use 3/16" if you check your fittings with a dial caliper you will notice that 1/4" is to large of a fuel line to have a tight fit. Mark44

I believe they recommend sanding within 24 hours while the paint is still a little green. Man did we destroy this thread Mark
