mike, dont do it. he obviously wants to pay through paypal for the protection that it offers him. its not even that hes trying to scam you. but if, lets say, the crank takes a chit after 3 weeks, you can bet the buyer will think "hmmmm, good thing i paid with paypal". cash or take a walk.

i hold, in my hand, a modded stock CDI, but im not sure if its for a 6m6/61x or a 62t. the number begins with 6r7 the white with red tacer wire is a male. wouldnt that be 6m6/61x and not a 62t?

ohm out the plug connectors on the ends of the sparkplug wires and TRY NEW PLUGS. otherwise, the pink wire from the CDI is the one you should be looking at for temp sensor problems. i think i have a modified stock 62t cdi. i thought it would work for my 61x setup but it had different wires. so...

i found the bored nozzle to be more effective over a wammer cone. i think i bored mine to 86.5 mm HUGE difference.

the site doesnt mention anything other than black epoxy paint.
