SJ for f/s and freeride
kawi for racing.....you can freeride a kawi but it takes much more work
tubbies and shortened hulls are personal preference...
tubbies are definatly noticeable..they'll keep the nose more buoyant..
Personall, Ive never ridden a shorteend hull...but I do...
WAYYY too long....you'll just end up digging the nose and it will go rigth and left all over the place

limiting rope length is the perfect length...about 3 feet, or enough to wrap it around your waist ONCE
You want the ski's to travel as one....no separation of the boats...
can of air probly wont be strong enough...go to wally world and get a 30 or 50 lb aux air tank
way more PSI and multi-use

plus, I made a couple with a special length that...
what, and screwed thru the hull?? not recommended
that'll work..but something with some flex to it will work better..
best location is back under the coupler cover, but thats better than nothing
Bobby..
how far up inside the hood do the tubes go? do they oriented straight up or do they make a bend towards the front or back the the hood?
I have noticed on a couple of very low profile hoods that they tend to take on water quicker (when upside down) than hoods that are taller...
