nice buildup thread! just so you know, you dont have to use a phillips bit on the oem electrical box screws. a number 4 (i believe) square bit fits better and doesnt strip the heads.

its not a bad idea to reinforce the bond rail from the inside with some biaxial while you have it open.... if theres adequate access.

porting weakens the areas that are known to crack on a 61x cylinder. however, a non-ported 61x cylinder with a b-pipe and stock head can crack. ive seen it. its just not worth running a non-girdled head.

rotary all the way. ive torn a shin open on a bar mount switch doing gay hood tricks before.

like pete said, UMI bearings. you can buy all of the hardware seperate from the turnplate too.
