No, the inner cable will not come out. I was talking about pulling the whole thing out of the hull and hanging it up. That will allow the brake fluid to run down the inner cable.

Pull the cable out, hang it up, poor some brake fluid down the cable. That will wash out the rust.

Baby Scream 701 (same as a 771 but stock bore) running dual 46mm Chucky molested carbs. I ride with my friend who has a 61X 701, single 44, and pipe. When we do our trail runs I always have a little more fuel left in the tank when we get back to the beach. Not a lot more but always more.

Yea, the paint and carpet has me scared. I already have one painted hull that has the bottom all cracked up. I was hoping to find one that was intact and preferably ready to ride. Guess the hunt continues unless I get antsy and make the drive over to see that one.
