Those ribs are a bigger pain than a benefit when reinforcing. Getting air pockets along the ribs is bad.

While a 771 is nice indeed, a 717 does quite well. No sleeves required. Look around on egay and you might find brand new wetjet 46mm carbs.

Wont fit. I have 2 sets of VF3's from my GPR days and no use for them.

Yes, but you will need to elongate the bolt holes just a bit. I believe I got my carbs from the same source. Just make sure you get the 46mm as he has 44's as well. While you are there, grab a second 46. At that price you can't go wrong.

They are rather busy, as always. Motors all over the place in various stages of build. I have a wet spot every time I'm there. :notworthy: Pick up a stock cylinder and have them port that. Keep your cylinder and pistons for the future of just sell the whole top end once your new stuff is up...

Posted this almost a year ago "I like my Deka ETX9. 7.1 lbs and 215cca as tested out of the box. " Since I installed the thing I haven't charged it once. They did have a smaller one but the 9 seamed like a nice compromise.

I know there are better painters in Poland than Blowsion and charge a fraction of the price. The moment you try to remove the stickers from the hood, the paint will come off as well. So either leave it or get ready to paint the whole thing.
