that totally sounds like needle and seat...double check the mixture screws as well....I have seen a couple of them vibrate themselves into a completely different setting..

yep, same here.. I have been using GP800 mounts for the past 3 seaons in 2 different boats......didnt have to mill them, but did have to open up the mount holes... dont see why you'd have to mill them when most boats need shims to raise the motor anyway.. ps..you can use...
