Fantastic ride with surf 200 yds away and flatwater right in front of you. Camping, partying, fires, music and wrenching all night long right on the beach!

yes. they help, but..... You just have to visually check your pissers every time you start your ski. If they aren't pissin, stop riding, you are clogged or blew a head gasket.

How different are the Freaks and the KDX hulls?? Is one built more of an all around ski, or are they both flatwater backflippers that won't do 30mph straight?

I am still using the same fittings from my stock head with no issues. Allignment issue witht the pipe??? Clogged water line or 90 somewhere??? blow em out with a compressor.

I would go aftermarket. No reason to keep your ski stock, it doesn't make it worth anymore. You can find a used AC Superjet pole for pretty cheap and they look good on SXRs.....I really like my XMetal pole too. You will like the superjet steering better anyways....(you will also need superjet...

Never pulled the magnets on mine, but had it cut. Hmmmm, how much do the magnets weight?? I'm guessing you are also getting less resistance from not being 'magnetised?' I run a vilder with almost no magnets, (they don't barely even charge it!)
