I also put the key on top with a little anti seize to hold it in position and mark the flywheel, never had to put rope in the cylinder I use an impact to take the bolt out and to put it in. I torque it to three little brap brap braps of the impact. Mark44

Always check squish before you mill the head, .045 squish will put you right around 180 on compression. Mark44

e I epoxy a piece of 101 nylon on the inside of the hull and drilled and tapped through the hull and nylon with a ¼” NPT. I did not have enough room under the scupper or exhaust flange for that type of drain.
