I think Gil is back out on tour again with the band, Gil, SFL and YZF250 pilot, not sure who sings lyrics and who plays lead guitar but it sure would be interesting to see.
a lot of that depends on where you decide to exit the exhaust, rear exhaust will have more backpressure than side exit exhaust, so if you are wanting to decrease noise and increase backpressure then run rear exhaust.
Inline silencers are usually straight through in design whereas waterboxes usually make the exhaust gases make turns and or go through a series of chambers before it exits, the waterbox will have more backpressure.
He mentioned something about a collaboration, you make the top decks for top deck conversion, I make the bottom decks for bottom deck conversions put them together and you have a Team Xscrammit Xshillance hull or if you prefer The Xshillance of Xscrammit.
I will let you guys have top billing...
That is going to need cloth and epoxy from the inside, its SMC the crack will just get bigger if not fixed properly, grind the inside, put several layers of cloth in to cover the hole and let it cure.
When it is cured come on the outside and grind all the nasty stuff out till you reach good...
Yes that because the engine, battery and fuel tank are all bunched up in the front of the ski, you have to remove the engine to put gas in it or charge the battery lol
Cabosil does add strength to epoxy, any filler containing microballons , glass or phenolics spheres does not, some fillers are clearly marked high strength.
