are you sure its not the brownish/gray wire that goes to ( I don't know exactly what you call it) but it is some kind of meter reader so that you can hook the msd to some device and get readings from it I have never seen the device just read about it are you sure its not that wire??????

well either way your saying its the weight of the rider but the manual talks about a 200 pound rider so it should handle the 180 rider fine but just for kicks I am going to put a 90 pound rider on it and see what happens but I wont get those results until summertime so until then...

the carb is the OEM 38 Mikuni i way 250 but another rider waying 180 has the same issue the oem prop

so I got this 440 and it does start and go but it wont pickup and really go you know what i mean up to half throttle it acts normal but if you go past 1/2 it doesn't do anything more so i was thinking that maybe it is not getting enough fuel the manual is not at all helpful on anything so can...

You can use a 750's i think mines from jettribe and it works fine :) sorry for the caps i forgot they where on :(

if you have a lightened flywheel then Group K suggest a 10/18 something to consider if that's your setup or are planing to go that way in the near future but I don't know where to get one :( SORRY hope this helps
