You might want to remeasure that hood height on the SN. Unless you have a 2" block of wood under there, the height should be 16". Spent quite some time measuring both hulls when I was trying to decide weather it was worth my time and money to "upgrade" to a RN and none of the key measurements...

It is a mod indeed. Also doubles as the front storage compartment. It's the only thing that takes me back to the couch riding days. :beerchug:

The stock plastic filler fits in the same way but this does look much nicer.

I think you got that bass ackwards. It's everyone trying to make their RN's handle like the SN's. Buying lower pole brackets just so the pivot point can be as low as the SN and expensive lowered hoods that are as high as stock SN hoods. SN waterbox is heavy but a RN one fits in just right...
