Not a fan of cutting the tank up. The plastic filler neck fits right into the stock opening with just a tiny bit of grinding and the original hose clamp does a great job at holding it all together. Why do the internal fill ? Much easier to remove the tank weather full or empty. You can...

Don't worry about the idling, they can just edit that out. Just like they do in surfing competitions that are shown on TV. Sorry, seeing a guy paddle out or sit on his board eyeballing a "perfect" set just isn't keeping the sponsors happy. That 30 seconds of excitement is all we need to see.

If that one cylinder is off a 1200R triple 66V than that 125 psi is good. The 800R and 1200R had different port timing and compression.

That is why I like the idea of a total package from a builder. You pay a little more but experimenting can cost you more. I do 5-10 minute WOT runs all the time in the heat of summer and nothing.
