The MSD coil wires usually are booted to the coil unlike stock coil that is epoxied into the coil. I know my MSD coil is like that. Have you tried cutting the wires back? Mark44

Don't fill with foam you want the stand to sink, I actually drill a hole in each 90 to let the air escape. I have been using the same stand for about 3 years now with a slight re glueing. Make them small about 12" wide and 18-20" long. Mark44
