My thought was to use the space under the rub rail for the inflation bag storage, tightly rolled up and vacummed down you should be able to get a fairly decent sized bag under there.

There are parts of the lake I ride on that are 300 ft deep so the flat water rider deal does not hold up.

I was thinking along these same lines, maybe the co2 cylinders could be remote activated by a wristwatch device with a big round oh poop button in the middle of it, something that would take some strength to depress so it couldn't be accidentally activated..

Thats what I did on mine , I used the front half of the tunnel and made a mold for the back half, then laid glass over that.
