thats cool. i thought you were going with the xmetal scupper because you thought they were good. they stretch, rip, bend, leak and completely blow out. ive had to replace the rubber on mine 4 times in less than 2 years. i dont care who makes them. i wouldnt install another one on my boat...

do yourself a favor and stay away from the xmetal scuppers. i wish i did. 24/7 scuppers are far superior.

yes, every o ring should be greased. especially the red one. the grease helps it stay in place when installing and the red one is the one that always wants to fall out or get pinched during install. they dont give you much grease with the kit. just use any grease and do a LIGHT coat. just put...

if im pulling a f/w w/o removing the engine, i remove the tank, use a HB puller along with OEM yamaha case bolts. i also use an air impact wrench to drive the center of the puller. pullers usually come with a couple different 'ends' for the center bolt. take a little time to find the applicable...
