    im not a glass expert, but id say its because epoxy doesnt adhere to gelcoat like polyester and vinyl ester does. also, im pretty sure that vinyl ester is lighter than polyester and epoxy. its also stonger than polyester.

    advice needed

    sometimes the start/stop switch will case intermittent stopping, whether its a faulty switch or bad connection. does it only do it at high RPMs? if so, it could be a clogged fuel filter (internal or external). the internal ones are usually the ones that clog first.

    since the exhaust ports and cooling passages are not symmetrical, from top to bottom, youll very likely have the problem of exhaust and/or cooling leaks.

    i didnt either, at first. i rode other peoples' boats that had them and thought, 'eh'. i remember that it took quite a few rides to get used to it on my boat. now when i ride a ski with a floppy pole, i feel like i have less stability. = viagra for handlepoles!
