apples and oranges: the 865 is a billet, powervalve cylinder which uses a STOCK crankshaft the 828 is a 5mm stroked, stock modified 61x cylider..ported and resleeved for BB....the same package is availible in 771 with a stock crank If anything shiold ever happen to the 828 cyl...

the toehold is an optional piece...... although only Tem knows if it will fit in the smaller hull

B..whose boat??? common on kawis but thats a little strange..... the impeller MUST have been seated initially or else the pump wont fit in properly...Im with you on the torque, I just tighten them down but dont torque...never had a problem though strange!

what did you break? the bolts that hold the plastic cover in place? or the plastic coupler cover itself?
