The positive wire gets its power from the + battery side of the starter relay, then it runs to the fuse and then to the red wire on the start stop switch, the start stop switch connects the red and brown wires, the brown wire goes back to the starter relay to actuate it.

The 650 has such small reed cages that I doubt you would see a difference, whereas on the 550,750,800 the reeds are much bigger and you will see some increased bottom end with the stuffers installed.

Interesting, so you have a 75 pilot and either a 95 or 107.5 main jet, the 1100 carbs had different jetting the center carb is jetted leaner than #1 and #3, either way I think your main jet is too big
