I started turfing my 550 today and have discovered that I can not get ALL of it to stay stuck. I apply the conatact cement to both surfaces, let it tack up, then go to stick it down only to develop HUGE bubbles that wont stay stuck.... and forget about turfing the rails. I dont see THAT...

I cannot/will not drag behind my ski. for that same reason I take off with a knee in the tray. Coolness factor has nothing to do with it. I have taken a blast from the nozzle to the sack and once was enough to show me the error of that way of riding. I'll run just above idle and kneel thank you...

On a ski I think you actually make a bigger wake trying to idle than if you were to just rip on through.
Harleys take NO skill to ride, since they are never riden more than a few blocks at a time and are always trailered of any distance that whould require actually having to take the bike outta first gear. Parking it in front of the local biker hang out is NOT a skill.
