If there isn't much riding you can just keep your ski in the water at the camp site and ride out of there, if you go just outside the camp grounds there is boat traffic around the corner.
No need to pack up and drive to PB2 to put in.

I leave it low enough so I can see the RPM reading change on the meter.
Then after it is tuned by RPM. Turn the idle screw up or down for desired idle.

Don't feel bad for not doing it this way I know people with tons of money in there motors and they still don't know how to do this or take the time to do it properly.
I will never understand why?

Correct, when it stop gaining RPM's and starts loosing you have gone to fare.
Same on the high speed circuit.
If I need correcting on any of this please chime in.

Your body is on the wrong side of the pole, you need to get the weight off the ski if you are trying to barrel roll. Get your body way over to the left and swivel and bend at the hips unloading the tray of your weight.
RPM will not increase when the proper air fuel mixture is achieved. But if you start out and it doesn't increase you need to jet down till you can adjust idle mixture RPM.
You can also do the high speed adjustments by RPM readings while riding at full throttle and watching tachometer. Take a...

Yep you are a little lost.
You adjust the mixture screws to get the idle up this is not the max RPM with the throttle pulled but with the mixture screws only does that make sense?
Yes motor is running on the trailer in the water at idle then adjust mixture screws only and watch...
i
NO you are tuning so you turn out your mixture screws to achieve max rpm if you keep going up in rpm with mixture screws out 1 1/2 or 2 turns depending on carb type you jet up until you max out on rpm you do nothing with the throttle or idle set screw. After max rpm is achieved with mixture...
