    It could still be the carbs you have for some reason an access amount of fuel dumping in the engine and the only way it can get in there is through the carbs. Mark44

    I use the bulb and it is mounted under the hood. I have had very good luck with it, it's been on three years now. Some people do not like the bulb style. Mark44
