Ummm... If he is talking about what I think he is talking about, they are indeed different between the 92 and 97 Aaron is mentioning. 94 up the housings are larger in diameter than the 90-93's. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
It seems a little over kill to me. Its just more thing to fumble with, one more lanyard to forget/misplace/lose, and is just another device on the ski that will and most likely fail eventually do to the salt water conditions. I'll run my pumps all the time thank you.
That was not meant to be...
Now that I think about it, maybe it was little bad this weekend pulling up on those rocks. One of out three of my bypass fitting is clogged. Gotta chase the problem tonight so I can go riding this weekend.

All I gotta say is WOW to both Royal's and Pete's stories.
So maybe I'll rethink that internal fill... j/k... I never had it planned in the first place.
I would buy one if it were a proximity type. I don't wear a lanyard and just turn down the idle so it will die after 1-2 seconds of non throttle. This works great, but I am worried about stuck open throttle conditions. I would defiantly purchase one of these units.
I would imagine some type of system that shuts off the engine after you leave a certain proximity would be cool, but what if the batteries die right in the middle of a huge set and you get all smashed up? That would suck
It took me a while to get used to the worx 205 switching from a protec grate. I still think over all I like the protec better, but I have gotten used to the worx, and I'm to lazy to switch it back.
