Pump is pretty easy. Once you get the four mounting bolts removed from the pump itself, make sure you tug straight down on the pump before you try yanking it out the back of the ski. There is a dowel pin that won't allow the pump to be pulled straight back until it is first pulled straight down...

if it is any shorter length than stock, it should be engraved into the pole down inside of the bottom near where the pivot shaft bolt goes through.

I don't think there are two different type of diamonds... :dunno: Correct me if I am wrong. I think there is just diamond, and molded groove ( the turf with the long lines)
