I would say you pretty much have it. I dropped two 2" ribbed pool hoses from the rear part of the liner and a single 2" pool hose from the front right (battery) side of the liner. Also, because I made my line dive down in the front, I beefed up the hood hook mounting area on the hood...

That's kinda the way I did mine. If you make and epoxy your new liner to the center channel it will help give a bit more overall strength. I used panel fusor from McMaster to glue my entire liner in, then layed a strip of 8.5 oz. cloth over the seam all the way around to help add a little more...
