    Who re-splines driveshafts??

Why don't you just buy a used one? I think it would be about the same price. I see used ones sell for around $100 and I can't see a competent machine shop charging less to repair an old one.

    Need hood info

Are you serious???????? You get a hater hard-on anytime somone mentions Waterdawg... I find that creepy. I didn't recommend his hood, I didn't even say it was a good hood. Although in all honesty, a Waterdawg hood is at least as nice as a Watercraft Factory hood... and it's half the price...

    Best value shortened turn plate?

That's for the turnplate and bars. I forgot about Geek's setup. UMI's always worked for me.

    Wax cylinder

You can't add those extra transfer ports to an OEM cylinder (like others have said). So they'll never be the same. If you're asking is it worth $1,800? Depends what you're building and how much you want to spend...

    Superjet / waveblaster shafts

Do they have a special puller for that? Makes sense... but it's gotta be easier just to press it out from the front side (all you need is a simple hand press).

    Wax cylinder

Last time someone posted, Lamey cylinders retailed for $1,800 (that's with sleeves but no porting). Any stroke you want.

    Refoam question

There's 3-4 cubic feet of foam back there. So if the OEM foam is 2lb, you'd gain 6-8 pounds of extra weight if you switch to 4lb foam.

    Best value shortened turn plate?

No, you need to trash the complete stock setup. I don't know if X-metal sells the whole system, but it is based on the UMI system. I only know of the UMI system, the R&D system, and the XFT system (I'm not sure what the ATP system is). Most people's shortened plates bolt onto the UMI system.

    Lenzi's "backflip hull"

Don't forget about those ten $42,000 skis that he sold last year, I bet they came with carbon chambers.

    Lenzi's "backflip hull"

Not always, but if he sells a chamber for $1,200 it better be good!

    Refoam question

It won't expand too much, it's 3lb foam when properly mixed. If it expanded more, they wouldn't call it 3 pound foam

    Lenzi's "backflip hull"

Yeah, we knew that was you, lol. Lenzi says his is a dry carbon chamber... I don't know what dry carbon means, but if Lenzi sells it it must work well, whereas Charles' doesn't work so well... and he doesn't even sell it. So you're comparing apples to... :Banane01:

    Motor Mount Selection

I made my own Keepers, just because I found some convenient metal pieces at work, and well, I did it instead of real work at work so it was a no-brainer. Next time I'll buy the real ones if they're only $75. I also run my electric bilge exit into my tray, it's easy to see.

    Lenzi's "backflip hull"

Hey how much did this list for? :hail: Maybe there's something to the "dry carbon" part of the chamber.
