really? i ground out my coffmans exhaust mani off a 650 to match a 61x cylinder and it matched up fine. i even stuck my hands into the exhaust port from the top of the 61x cylinder to feel around. seemed fine... what do you mean?

i hate easy outs sometimes they work great. and sometines they break.. if the bolt is sticking up enough ill jb weld a tight fitting socket on to the bolt then crank it off with a ratchet and breaker bar. a little heat wont hurt either. if you get new cases pm me and ill give you the torque...

i wouldnt spend that much on a close to stock ski that looks cool.... buy one with all the bells and whistles already on it. youll save a TON of money! who cares if you get a highly modded ski with a beat up motor .... you can rebuild a motor cheaper than you can buy a b pipe and all the other...

i cut two little patches too. the strap will cover it up if you are that concerned about looks. i personally dont care what my ski looks like as long as it runs good.

this would be a good time to get yourself some surf experience since its not huge now. i havent rode a whole lot of surf either.im just tired of flatwater.........

got to anderson at 4:20 so they wouldnt let me on. fires up no prob. just got to tune the carb a bit and i should be good to go. did a last min starter swap this mornin and the rubber coupler on the head pipe tore so i spent half the day trying to find one....
