everything from harbor freight is dirt cheap.
as with anything, you get what you pay for.
some of their stuff is of decent quality, though... however, their air-tools blow!

cutting it will result in a much more aggressive 'upward-bound' ride. which is obviously what hes after.... but doing a little at a time could suit his 'learning curve' on his new hull...
