If you want the strongest pole on the market, why would you ever consider a RRP ? Anyway, I like the flotation in the pole.

Not only is the RRP heavier, it also lacks flotation that the stock one has.

But that only works if you spend 100% of the time in the footholds, right ? I have slight high spots in my tray from my footholds, even with the padding I can still feel it underfoot and after a while it gets annoying.

Just curious, why the bulge in the tray ? I know that the pump cavity is big and the tray is as low as possible but would that extra 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch make that much difference in the center of gravity ?? Those air intakes on the hood remind me of the old Riva Racing GPR's. Always liked those.

I hope you are right as the rotarys linear power delivery is sooo addictive. I know there's a lot more out there but none has made it to mass production as yet which is a great shame. Pistons are so overrated and the whole 4 stroke wastefulness is sooo yesteryear.

I actually kept the zerk but cut the hose way short, like 1/2" short. Doesn't flop around any more.

Screw the zerk and port your cases. To get maximum bang for your buck do the whole package. Your builder did a ton of research on what works and what doesn't so why second guess his knowledge ? Did that do it for you ?
